The Russian River provides an amazing vantage point to view Healdsburg as never before and you'll feel at one with nature as you kayak downstream in the company of an expert guide.
Go with the flow in a diverse and dramatic setting as you navigate tight sections of the river and drink in incredible sweeping views across lush green vineyards. Get up close and personal with the amazing local wildlife that call the river their home, including Snowy Egrets, Blue Herons, turtles and even otters. Gaze down at the many types of fish darting below you from Steel head to Salmon and even schools migrating upstream to spawn, depending on the time of year.
The Russian River offers many beaches that are perfect for picnics and you'll be immersed in total calm and tranquility as you enjoy a delicious lunch on the riverbank to the soundtrack of birdsong and the river's lapping waters. After lunch, you'll continue downstream to soak up more scenic sights before reaching your journey's end at Wholer Bridge.
This incredible half day adventure includes hybrid bike and helmet rental, unlimited water, Wine Country picnic lunch, and professional local guides. Tasting fees are not included.
