All our experience certificates can be exchanged for free. A charge may be applicable if there is a difference in price but our Customer Services team will be on hand to make the transition as smooth as possible.
No. All costs displayed include full sales tax. The only additional cost is for shipping and handling. If you choose to receive your experience by email, there will be nothing more to pay on checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept e-checks, personal checks or money orders by mail. If you are sending your payment in the mail, your gift pack will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground which has a standard cost of $10 per address. All packages are tracked and will be delivered nationwide within five business days of shipping. If you require your package faster, we can courier your gift pack by FedEx 2-day, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight for an additional charge. Packages are processed at 2 PM EST each day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. During the holiday period, the delivery time may be extended by FedEx at their discretion.
You can choose to receive your gift by FedEx or email. Experience certificates sent by FedEx are shipped in our signature red and silver gift pack and take between one and five business days, depending on your choice of FedEx option. Email certificates are despatched as soon as you place your order and delivered to any email address specified by you.

Some activities are weather dependent and may be postponed in adverse conditions. Others take place all year round. At the time of booking, you will be provided with contact details for the venue or activity provider in question. Highly weather dependent experiences such as ballooning often require that you make contact on the day of your flight to ensure the trip is going ahead. If your activity is postponed due to inclement conditions, a mutually convenient alternative date will be offered to you.
Once you have scheduled your experience, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the venue or activity provider in question. A copy of these will be included in your booking confirmation letter.
All are experiences are fully transferable. Once a booking has been made however, you will need to contact our Customer Service Team if you wish to send someone else in your place.
We are happy to exchange the value of your experience certificate towards any other activity on our website. A charge may be applicable if the experience you choose has a greater value than the one you have been given. Our Customer Services team will be happy to help you find an experience that is suitable for you.
