Every personal chef has held either an executive chef position in a restaurant or has worked as a personal chef for several years.
Prior to the event, you will have the opportunity to work with your chef to discuss your needs and menu preferences on the day.
Catered dinner parties are available to enjoy all year round. You should book your date at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
This experience is available at homes throughout the metro area.
Prior to your dinner date:
You will receive a call from your personal chef at least 3 days before your dinner date to discuss your requirements. At this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your menu as well as any specialist dietary requirements.
During the client assessment, you will discuss the time your personal chef will arrive to prepare your meal as well as the time you wish to be serviced.
On the day:
Service times run for a maximum of 2 hours. This does not include the time it takes for your personal chef to prepare the meal and to clean up afterwards. The time for food preparation and clean up typically takes 3-4 hours in addition to service time. Food preparation and clean up times depend on the size of the event.
Your personal chef will bring the groceries and necessary pots, pans and utensils to prepare your meal. You will need to provide the working cooking equipment (range, oven, dishwasher, kitchen sink) as well as the china, silverware and glasses needed to service your guests.
