You’ll enjoy an evening in the company of Zach Townsend, Dallas’ leading authority on chocolate. Having studied at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, Zach has spent 20 years travelling through France discovering the country’s most exquisite chocolates and desserts. Zach has been featured by cookbook author and editor Tish Boyle in Dessert Professional Magazine and is a regular contributor to the New York Times microblog.
Courses take place on Wednesday to Friday evenings, from 6.30 – 9.00 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 – 5.30 pm.
