Your day begins at Green Valley where you'll hop on your bike and meander along quiet country lanes in blissful tranquility. Peaceful and virtually traffic-free, this enchanting trail showcases Green Valley at its finest and features wine stops at vineyards including Taft Street and Cahill Winery. Savor incredible signature wines and relax among the vines before rounding off your morning with a gourmet picnic lunch on a scenic covered patio.
After lunch, it's time to climb aboard your kayak for a leisurely paddle along the picturesque Russian River. Go with the flow as the river winds through Wine Country showcasing a natural landscape that's bursting with birds and wildlife. Have fun navigating easy Class I rapids along narrow stretches of the river and drink in magnificent views across lush green vineyards as you paddle along wider stretches.

Discover Wine Country as never before on a guided bike ride and kayak tour to remember. Everything is included and tours are conducted at a leisurely pace with plenty of stops along the way. Tour includes Hybrid bike and helmet rental, kayak and life jacket rental, unlimited water, Wine Country picnic lunch, professional local guides, and support van. Kayaks are generally tandems unless a single is specifically requested. Tasting fees are not included.

Your day begins at 10am in the Alexander Valley where, after a quick bike fitting and safety briefing, you’ll be on your way.
Cycle through the beautiful Alexander Valley as your guide tells you fascinating facts about the local history and shares with you his knowledge of grape growing and the wine making process. Ride over the Russian River and glide along country lanes, where you’ll visit two great wineries. The route is fairly flat and easy, taking you alongside the lush vineyards that fill the valley floor. You’ll stop at two wineries before lunch, where you’ll enjoy a variety of great local wines. At Midday, you’ll enjoy a delicious Wine Country picnic lunch on a beautiful shaded patio, right next to the vibrant vineyards.
After lunch, you’ll walk through the vineyards down to the river where you’ll climb aboard your kayaks and begin floating down the tranquil Russian River, watching for herons, egrets, and otters. It’s not uncommon to have this section of the river completely to yourself as you go with the flow over calm tranquil waters, interspersed with occasional Class I rapids. There is time to stop and take a dip in the river as you marvel in your beautiful surroundings.
At around 3:30pm, you’ll return to your meeting place, where any wine purchases you have made during the day will be delivered to you.
