See virtually all of the sites you know from movies, postcards and history on a guided Segway tour to remember.
Glide past the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, Grant Park, Millennium Park, Shedd Aquarium and Oceanarium, Soldier Field, the Lakefront and Monroe Harbour and city skyscrapers, while experiencing the world’s most fun and talked about travel craze.
Riding on a Segway is like being on a magic carpet. You’ll be amazed at how it responds to the weight of your body and turns in unbelievably tight corners. Ride on walkways, through parks and weave through the city dwellers and tourists who’ll be smiling and waving at you as you pass.
Segway travel is exhilarating and seriously addictive. Have fun and see Chicago in a totally new light.
The Segway Human Transporter is the first of its kind. It is a self-balancing, personal transportation device designed to go anywhere people do. Easy to use and operate, the two-wheeled Segway sports high-tech gyroscopes that automatically respond to your body’s movements, “sensing” when it should speed up and slow down. You stand on a small platform between left and right wheels as you hold onto handlebars at a comfortable waist height. The Segway handles the balancing for you, so that you’re always upright as you glide through any environment.
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone weighing more than 260lb
