You’ll enjoy 4 different tasting stops showcasing Seattle’s finest cuisine:
- Local 360: Kick off the tour with a taste of the Pacific Northwest. Local 360 sources over 90% of their ingredients from within 360 mile radius of the restaurant. You’ll savor local oysters or soup of the day.
- Rob Roy: Rob Roy is hipster den, dunked in retro-cool. Formerly known as the Viceroy, the bar sits at the epicenter of Belltown’s nightlife strip and is a favorite of the after work crowd who are lured by the classic cocktails and stylish atmosphere. This stop includes a superb craft cocktail and demonstration.
- Pintxo : Pintxo (pronounced peen-cho) is a Spanish Tapas Bar located in the heart of Belltown. Pintxo’s micro-kitchen, smaller than most food truck kitchens, produces a vast array of small bites from traditional favorites such as Tortilla Española, Bacalao Fritters, Montaditos de Serrano and Patatas Bravas to modern takes on the traditional dishes from various culinary regions of Spain, including San Sebastian, Barcelona and Madrid.
- Bell & Whete Gastropub: Modern interpretations of old world dishes, staples we all know and love like roasted chicken or house made sausages have been passed on for generations. However, numerous recipes were left to the history books, dishes so surprising and delightful they beg for rediscovery. At Bell+Whete we celebrate this history.
