This amazing sunrise bird tour takes place in a Cypress lined creek ravine, crossed by zip lines and sky bridges.

Birds seen on previous tours include the Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Scrub Jay, Canyon Wren, Red-tailed Hawk Chimney Swift, Blue-grey Gnatcatcher, Purple Martin, Great Horned Owl, Mourning Dove, House Finch,  Eastern Screech Owl, Canyon Wren, Carolina Wren, Bewick's Wren, Eastern Phoebe, Carolina Chickadee, Summer Tanager, Great Blue Heron, Belted Kingfisher, Green Heron, Killdeer, House Sparrow, Northern Cardinal, Downy Woodpecker, Western Kingbird, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Western Scrub Jay, Lesser Goldfinch, Painted Bunting, Black-crested Titmouse, Black Vulture, White-eyed Vireo, Northern Mockingbird, Turkey Vulture, Ashthroated Flycatcher, Baltimore Oriole (migrant), Black-chinned Hummingbird, Sissor-tailed Swallow, Golden Warbler and the Lesser Gold Finch.

The tour is designed for participants of good to moderate health with an approximate weight range from 70 to 250 pounds. You should be able to climb stairs unassisted. Pregnant women, people with heart, leg, or back problems, or other serious illness are advised not to participate in this experience. Children, ages 10 to 17, are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

Availability

Tours are offered at sunrise on Saturday mornings during Spring, Summer and Fall. Tours are not available during November, December, January and February.
