The area is full to the brim with amazing hikes providing access to both Sonoma's celebrated scenic highlights and hidden spots, known only to the privileged few.
From mist-shrouded redwood forests, creekside canyons, tidal bays, wave-pounded coastlines, sweeping views, and both state and regional parks. Sonoma Valley accommodates amateur to avid hikers. You can choose from a variety of hikes catering to your ability, each one offering a very distinct perspective on the region.
Hikes available include Annadel State Park, Armstrong Woods State Park, Kortum Trail, Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and Jack London State Park. Choose from trails including: Annadel State Park (An oasis in the middle of an urban setting, including a stop at Lake Ilsanjo for a swim), Armstrong Woods State Park, Guerneville (An intermediate hike, ascending to two ridgelines alongside giant redwoods and offering amazing views), Kortum Trail, Jenner (A coastal trail offering incredible views of beaches and crossing meadows full of wildflowers), Sugarloaf Ridge State Park (Challenging hike offering breathtaking 360 degree views of both Sonoma and Napa), Jack London State Park, Sonoma (Visit the author’s ranch and dream house that Jack built before hiking up to Sonoma Park through Redwoods and Douglas Firs)
This experience includes picnic lunch, unlimited bottled water, snacks, support van and the expertise of our local, knowledgeable guides. Transportation to and from the hiking location are not included in the price.
Tours can be enjoyed all year round and last for around 3 hours starting 10am.

Annadel State Park, Santa Rosa: This oasis in the middle of an urban setting has something for everyone. The hike is easy to moderate (5 miles), and we can stop at Lake Ilsanjo for a swim if the day is hot!
Armstrong Woods State Park, Guerneville: This is an intermediate to expert hike that includes two climbs to ridgelines. The highlights of this hike are the two amazing Giant Redwoods we pass: the 310 foot Parson Jones tree and the 1400 year old Armstrong Tree. 5 miles with amazing views.
Coastal Hike: Kortum Trail, Jenner: This trail offers spectacular views of Sonoma’s County’s coastline. Start at Blind Beach and head to Shell Beach, with the option of adding the Pomo Canyon Loop. 4-6 miles of easy to intermediate hiking along beaches and through meadows full of wildflowers.
Sugarloaf Ridge State Park: Challenging hike with stunning views of both Napa and Sonoma. This hike takes you up 1750 feet in 7 miles. The ridge at the top offers amazing 360 degree views.
Jack London State Park, Sonoma: Visit the famous author’s beautiful ranch. We begin at the Wolf House, the dream house Jack built but which burned to the ground only months before they were to move in. We continue the hike up Sonoma Mountain to a small lake on the property, passing through redwoods and Douglas fir’s. This is an easy 3.5 mile hike.
