Get to grips with your SLR camera

Aperture, shutter speed, white balance, ISO, metering mode, depth of field. You've heard the terms but you don't really know what they are or when to use them.

If you've always wondered what to do when your on-camera flash blows out the subject or what these different metering modes are, then this workshop is for you! You will learn the art of photography and discuss techniques and camera terminology topics so that you have an understanding of how and when to use them. You will also practice on location so you have a chance to integrate the topics into your photography. All are welcome but this workshop is best for those with an SLR or a camera that allows manipulations of the shutter speed and aperture.
