This is stock car racing on the edge, this is real high speed racing on a real NASCAR approved track in a highly tuned, race proven high speed dream machine.
Picture the moment as you slide behind the wheel, your adrenaline rising, your stomach flipping as your foot hits the gas and the mighty V8 engine fires into life. Suddenly it's Go! Go! Go! And you blast off the start line for 20 laps of adrenaline pumping, octane fueled sheer driving joy. This is real racing and you have the choice of following the lead car - if you can keep up with the instructor - or plowing your own path hugging the racing line and swooping to take him on the banked bend!
Experience motor racing as it should be with this once in a lifetime stock car driving experience.
Hear the V8 engine roar and get a real taste of what it is like to be a NASCAR racing driver. Feel the excitement of sitting behind the wheel and passing the other drivers on the track. All cars are actual race cars previously used in NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, NASCAR Nationwide Series, or Dodge Weekly Racing Series.
Drivers must be aged 18 years and over and have a valid driver's licence. All racing suits, helmets and safety equipment are provided
Itinerary:
- Arrival at Thompson International Speedway
- 1 hour classroom instruction
- Get suited up into your racing gear
- Narrated van ride around the track to demonstrate the racing line
- 3 drill practice laps to get you and the car warmed up
- Actual Race laps
It was excellent!!. Wish it was longer. I will definitely do it again and the ride along.

The car was good and the instructors were excellent. I will do it again. 20 laps was the perfect amount of laps. 10 or 15 would be to few and I am not sure how many more I would have actually wanted to drive.
