Driving a stock car on a real race track is the closest you'll get to seeing the world through the eyes of a professional NASCAR driver. Here's your chance to reach speeds of up to 150 mph as you enjoy 20 searing laps around Michigan International Speedway.
No experience is necessary for this adrenaline pumping adventure in which you'll get behind the wheel of a stock car that's competed in past NASCAR events. You'll discover trade secrets from professional drivers and learn race driving techniques reserved for only the privileged few including cornering, efficient braking and acceleration, steering, gear changes and general car control. No other experience gets you this close to the real deal as you combine hands on training with theory and reach speeds you never thought possible. Starting with a briefing session, you'll learn how to get the most from your vehicle before enjoying some orientation laps with your instructor. Once you're prepared and ready to go, your dream drive will begin as you burn some rubber just like your NASCAR racing heros and complete 20 laps of this legendary circuit.
All driving participants must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
You are in control on this racing experience that aims to give you the closest experience to being a real racecar driver for the day in an authentic NASCAR-style stock car at Michigan International Speedway. Climb into the driver's seat and reach speeds exceeding 150MPH (actual speeds are dictated by individual experience and comfort level).
Stock car driving experiences are available on pre-scheduled dates throughout the year. To secure your chosen dates it is recommended that you book well in advance.
