From the moment you walk into the famous Thompson International Speedway, you'll be treated like the pro stock car driver you know deep down you are. Detailed briefing sessions will have you itching to get track side to burn off some serious fuel and your own highly pumped adrenaline.
Start your engines for two days of searingly speedy stock car racing where passing is not only permitted, but positively encouraged. Go wheel to wheel with your instructor as you try to burn him off on the straights. Practice until your racing starts give you the edge over your competitors. Scream into the pits for a mid race check, before roaring off again in search of the checkered flag.
No other NASCAR style stock car driving experience can get close to this, in a word this is awesome!
Hear the V8 engine roar as you power around Thompson International Speedway and get a taste of what it is like to be a NASCAR racing driver. Feel the excitement of sitting behind the wheel and passing the other drivers on the track. All cars are actual race cars previously used in NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, NASCAR Nationwide Series, or Dodge Weekly Racing Series.
Drivers must be aged 18 years and over and have a valid driver's licence. All racing suits, helmets and safety equipment are provided.
Itinerary includes:
- 1 hours classroom instruction
- Getting suited up into your racing gear
- Narrated van ride around the track to show you the racing line
- 3 drill practice laps to get you and the car warmed up
- Actual Race laps
- Between sessions work with your instructor, talk to the crew and observe other drivers
