Hear the V8 engine roar and get a real taste of what it is like to be a NASCAR racing driver. Feel the excitement of sitting behind the wheel and passing the other drivers on the track. All cars are actual race cars previously used in NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, NASCAR Nationwide Series, or Dodge Weekly Racing Series.
Drivers must be aged 18 years and over and have a valid driver's licence. All racing suits, helmets and safety equipment are provided

Itinerary:
- Arrival at Thompson International Speedway
- 1 hour classroom instruction
- Get suited up into your racing gear
- Narrated van ride around the track to show you the racing line
- 3 drill practice laps to get you and the car warmed up
- Actual Race laps

I think that Great American Days did a great job. The people were all friendly and knowledgable - everything was organized well. My 10 lap drive was alot of fun. The car ran well, the track was in good shape and the person who helped me ( Darryl) getting set up in the car did a great job explaining things with a very positive, helpful, attitude.

One of the most AWESOME days ever!! Very cool to drive a race car, would recommend this experience to everybody. There were delays at the track due to the number of people there, but it was a nice sunny day, so who's complaining?
