Itinerary: Allow three hours for your entire experience:
- Pre-flight briefing
- Layout and rigging of the balloon
- Balloon flight time is typically 1 hour, however this is dependent on weather conditions
- Retrieval and pack up
- Champagne toast on landing
Very responsive and helpful. The staff members I dealt with were all very courteous. Had an issue which was not the fault of Great American Days, but the representative worked with me to resolve it. Had a great time...my first hot air balloon ride. The group was very professional, but at the same time fun.
