Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
All passengers must reconfirm their reservation 24 hours in advance. No shows will be charged the full price and is non-refundable. No refunds if canceled within 24 hours prior to departure. Your itinerary may be modified for safety and/or operational considerations. Not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather, mechanical delays or delays caused by independent tour contractors not within our control. Weather, transportation traffic to and from the terminal as well as at the tour destination and other unforeseen circumstances effect departure and return times.
